- Sales calls don’t get booked without marketing doing its job.
That’s the chain of cause and effect you need to see. And you need to see it in time to do something about it.
So let us ask you…
When you look at your Scorecard, can you answer these questions?
- Are the numbers predictive?
- Can you see them weekly, not monthly or quarterly?
- Does each number have an owner?
- If something goes off track, can your team take action right away?
If not, then what you’re calling a Scorecard might actually be a report card— and you’re finding out how you did after the fact.
That’s not how high-performing leadership teams operate.
